We know visiting a new church can be overwhelming. There are so many questions you have and we understand that. At the Revival Center, we want you to feel right at home from the first moment of your visit.
Here are some questions you may have before planning your visit:
WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS REVIVAL CENTER?
The Revival Center is a dynamic and vibrant church making an impact both in people’s lives and our communities. At the Revival Center, we seek to unify the body of Christ by embracing diversity. This is a place to Belong. No matter our history, circumstances, or goals, we are all human and all need love and acceptance. This is why the church exists-and why you belong here.
WHEN ARE THE SERVICES?
On Sunday’s we have two worship services at 8:30am, 9:45am & 11:15am.
Our Sunday Celebration services are all about Jesus. No matter what stage of life you find yourself in, there is something for you here. No matter the age of each family member, from toddlers to grandparents, this is a safe place for those you love the most.
On Wednesday Evening, we have service at 7pm. In the main sanctuary, there is an in-depth bible teaching for the adults. This is a opportunity for us to go deeper into God’s word and have a biblical understanding of it’s application in our lives. The Youth have their own worship service in the Youth Room and are led by Pastor Alex Fortson. There are Multiple Interactive Children Services for ages 3+, as well as, a full staffed nursery for your little ones.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
When you arrive at Revival Center, you’ll be greeted by a friendly smile from one of our many greeters. They will explain about facilities, classrooms, and even help guide you to the most appropriate place based on the needs of you and your family. Before the main service begins, there will be a 5-minute countdown, so you can be sure to get your seat before the service begins!
WHAT IS SERVICE LIKE?
We always start our service with a time of energetic, passionate praise and worship. Once worship is over, we will share a few announcements about what’s happening at our church through video and live communicators. We’ll then continue our worship through an offering, which flows right into the message. Most Sundays, our Lead Pastor, Jason Allums will preach. Our service closes with a brief time to respond to God in both worship and prayer. We also offer live-streaming of services online through our website, revivalcenterag.com for those who are unable to attend for various reasons.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
Our Revival Kids ministry provides an amazing experience at every service. Our team will register your children before service begins. Please let us know if your child has any allergies or special requirements during the check-in time. If we need to contact you during service, At the end of the service, simply show your parent pick-up tag to the security personnel upon entrance into the Go Kids wing, then to a teacher in your child’s classroom and your child will be released to you.
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?
The best way to get connected is through Journey 101. This is a 6 to 8 week experience that meets during our Sunday School hour and is taught by our lead pastor and our outreach pastor. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what we believe, why we believe, and get connected through our Go Team. New Journey 101 classes begin frequently and if you’re interested in learning more, please complete the tear off slip in your bulletin or click here and let us know you are interested in learning more about Journey 101.
