Reaching the Unreached: Why Our Community Still Needs the Church
Have you ever noticed how many people in our neighborhoods see the church as something from the past — a place that’s “not really for them”? The truth is, our community still needs the church. Not because we’re perfect or have it all together, but because we know the hope and love that Jesus offers.
Matthew 12:21- "And His name will be the hope of all the world."

The Church Was Meant to Go, Not Just Gather
When Jesus said, “Go and make disciples,” He didn’t mean just invite people to Sunday service. He meant go — into workplaces, schools, parks, and homes — and live out His love. Outreach isn’t just an event; it’s our everyday mission.
Matthew 28:19- "Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."

Changing Perceptions Through Love
A lot of people have been hurt or turned off by “church.” Outreach gives us a chance to change that story. When we show up to serve — no strings attached — people start to see what the gospel really looks like: compassion, kindness, and grace in action.
John 13:35- "Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples."

Meeting Needs, Sharing Hope
Jesus cared for people’s physical and spiritual needs. We can do the same. Whether it’s serving a meal, listening to someone’s story, or helping a neighbor, every act of love opens a door for hope.
Galatians 5:13-"For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don't use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love."

Let’s Be the Church Our Community Needs
Outreach isn’t about growing attendance; it’s about growing impact. When we love our neighbors well, we reflect the heart of Jesus. Let’s be the church that reaches out — because the message we carry is too good to keep to ourselves.
Mark 10:45- "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give His life as a ransom for many."
