Couch to 5k

This 8-week group will follow the program which walks you through how to run a 5k (3.1 miles) with no experience or prior training. The training will prepare you to run a 5k leading up to this year's 9th Annual 5K and Fun Run which will be on August 28th at 9:00am. If you're looking for a fun way to get in shape, you don't want to miss this event!

Ann Bulter will be leading this year's Couch to 5K small group. They will be meeting at the Vincent Park every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:30pm starting on July 5, 2021.
