Day 1
Faith Fact:
I can be faithful to God in the hard moments.
Faith Verse
"My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts," says the Lord. "And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine."
Isaiah 55:8
Read:
Daniel 1:8–16
Focus: Obeying God even when it’s difficult.
Devotion:
When Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were taken to Babylon, they were asked to eat food that went against God’s commands. Even though it would have been easy to go along with everyone else, they stayed faithful to what God had told them. Sometimes being faithful starts with small choices—like telling the truth, being kind, or obeying God when no one else does.
Family Discussion:
Prayer:
Lord, help us to be faithful in the little things. Give us strength to do what is right, even when it’s hard. Amen.

- Why do you think they chose to obey God instead of the king?
- What are some “small” ways we can show we love and obey God?
Prayer:
Lord, help us to be faithful in the little things. Give us strength to do what is right, even when it’s hard. Amen.
Day 2
Faith Fact:
I can be faithful to God in the hard moments.
Faith Verse
"My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts," says the Lord. "And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine."
Isaiah 55:8
Read:
Daniel 3:1–18
Focus: Staying faithful when everyone else is doing the wrong thing.
Devotion:
When King Nebuchadnezzar told everyone to bow down to his statue, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego said no. They chose to worship God alone, even though the king threatened to throw them into a fiery furnace. That’s bold faith! They said that even if God didn’t save them, they would still obey Him. That’s true faithfulness—trusting God no matter what.
Discussion:
Prayer:
God, help us to be brave like these three young men. Give us the courage to stand for You, even when others don’t. Amen.

Day 3
Faith Fact:
I can be faithful to God in the hard moments.
Faith Verse
"My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts," says the Lord. "And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine."
Isaiah 55:8
Read:
Daniel 3:19–30, Lamentations 3:22–23
Focus: God is always with us and always keeps His promises.
Devotion:
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were thrown into the fire, but God didn’t leave them. In fact, the king saw a fourth person walking in the fire with them—Jesus! God didn’t stop the fire from happening, but He was right there with them. And they came out without a single burn! That’s what God’s faithfulness looks like. We can trust Him because His love never ends, and He never leaves us alone.
Discussion:
Prayer:
Thank You, God, for always being faithful. Thank You for never leaving us and for walking with us through every hard time. Amen.
